The house is located in an absolutely quiet setting behind the dike on the edge of the Aquadelta vacation park, in the immediate vicinity of the Grevelingen Sea. A short walk leads to the Grevelingen Sea, an 18-hole golf course (and a 9-hole practice course), and the marina.

The center of the vacation park is about an 8-minute walk away.
