Direct-Holiday.rentals / Ferienhaus-Privat.de is not a booking platform – which means we do not tell you as the owner how to organise your rentals. You decide to whom and on what terms you wish to rent. Compliance with the applicable legal regulations naturally remains your responsibility! And of course, as the owner you incur no additional costs for handling or payment of the rental.

Tax information for owners resident outside Germany – reverse charge procedure:
Owners resident within the EU tax area (but outside Germany) do not pay VAT if they provide a valid VAT identification number. They then become liable for the VAT themselves (reverse charge procedure). Questions and answers on this can be found here (in German): https://www.bzst.de
