Ferienhaus-Privat.de went online in 1998, making it one of the first platforms of its kind in Germany. Direct-Holiday.rentals is its English-language sister site.
From the very beginning, the aim was to create a platform through which guests can rent holiday accommodation directly and without additional costs.
Owners pay only a low annual fee. Beyond that, there are no additional costs for either owners or guests. There are no notice periods and no subscriptions that renew automatically if you forget to cancel. Owners only renew if the listing has been worthwhile.
Thanks to the low listing prices, owners of less exclusive houses or apartments can also advertise on our site. As a result, you will find properties here that large agencies may not offer.
