The detached natural-stone house features a living/dining room with an integrated kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 shower/toilet.
A fifth person can sleep on the sofa in the living room. A terrace runs along the entire south-facing front of the house, featuring beautiful garden and lounge furniture and a fantastic ocean view over Plakias Bay. It’s a 10-minute walk to Mirthios. Plakias is a 6–8-minute drive away.
Another larger stone house next door is designed to accommodate 6–7 people.

- Fly to Heraklion or Chania, then take a rental car or taxi from there. (Taking the bus, which requires a transfer in Rethymno, takes too long.)
- By boat
- Take the ferry via Italy (Venice or Ancona) to Igoumenitsa or Patras on the mainland.
From there, take a ferry from Piraeus to Heraklion or Chania.

The price of 90 EUR is for 2 people; each additional person is 15 EUR; children 3 and under stay free. The rental price includes all utilities such as water, bed linens, towels (no beach towels), Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. Electricity costs will be billed on-site based on usage. Minimum rental period is 7 days. Special rates are available in winter, depending on the length of stay and number of guests. In winter, heating costs (wood for the wood-burning stove and electricity for the air conditioner, which can also be used for heating) will be added.
